Syzranunder the agreement No. 19-04589-010 3220619/3153D dated 26.09.2019 with Samaraneftegaz JSC, 95.0 million rubles are provided for capital repairs of SBOU SOOSH No. 21 in 2020.
As a result of the auction, the winner of Eureka LLC (Ulyanovsk) signed a municipal contract No. 51 dated 10.04.2020.
Completed under the contract:
- roof repair (1231.1 m2)
- facade insulation with decorative plaster and paint (1939.5 m2)
- repair of building entrances
- repair of interior decoration of the basement, 1, 2, 3, 4 floors
- replacing Windows and doors
- repair of internal engineering systems (water supply, drainage, power supply, electric lighting, heating, fire alarm system, video surveillance and security television, structured cabling system, replacement of plumbing equipment)
- laying of external engineering networks (water supply, drainage, heating networks, lighting)
- improvement of the school territory with sports grounds equipped with small architectural forms

End of construction:
On August 18, 2020, the act of acceptance and transfer of the object after a comprehensive overhaul was signed.
